Data Subject Rights
GEXCORE respects data subject rights in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ on Personal Data and applicable GDPR requirements. All rights are exercised free of charge within 30 business days of submitting a request.
List of Rights
Right of Access
You have the right to obtain confirmation of whether your personal data is being processed, and if so, receive a copy together with information about the purposes, scope, and retention periods.
Right to Rectification
You have the right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data without undue delay.
Right to Erasure ("Right to Be Forgotten")
You have the right to request erasure of your personal data in cases provided by law: withdrawal of consent, data no longer needed for stated purposes, etc. The right does not apply if data retention is required by legal obligation.
Right to Restriction of Processing
You have the right to request restriction of processing during a rectification request review, when objecting, or in other applicable cases.
Right to Data Portability
You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, machine-readable format (JSON/CSV) and transfer it to another controller.
Right to Object
You have the right to object to processing of your personal data based on the Controller's legitimate interest, including for direct marketing purposes.
Right to Withdraw Consent
You have the right to withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
