1. General Provisions

By using the GEXCORE website, personal account, and services, the user confirms that they act on their own behalf or on behalf of an authorised person, provide accurate data, comply with applicable law, internal platform rules, and KYC/AML and personal data protection requirements.

2. Rights and Powers of GEXCORE

GEXCORE may restrict or suspend access for rule violations, request additional information for verification, modify the list of ecosystem functions, modules, and interfaces, and publish updated versions of documents on the website.

3. User Rights

Use of GEXCORE services does not grant the user ownership rights to the platform's software, brand, interfaces, or infrastructure, except for rights directly arising from ownership of digital assets as provided by the logic of the respective smart contracts.

4. Restrictions and Prohibitions

• Using the platform for purposes contrary to AML/CFT legislation
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
• Providing knowingly false information during KYC verification
• Attempts of unauthorised access to platform infrastructure or data
• Using services from jurisdictions under international sanctions

5. Changes to Terms

GEXCORE may modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform after a new version is published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be notified at least 14 days before taking effect.

6. Governing Law
