Personal Data Processing Consent — Support Requests

1. Subject of Consent

This Consent defines the terms of personal data processing that the user provides when submitting a request to the GEXCORE support service via the platform form, email, or messaging apps.

2. Data Processed

• Email address (from account profile)
• Username
• Subject and content of the request
• Attached files and screenshots (if any)
• Support correspondence history
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, request time

3. Processing Purposes

• User identification for processing the request
• Providing a response and resolving the issue
• Improving support service quality
• Preventing abuse of the support system

4. Retention Period

Support request data and correspondence history is retained for 3 (three) years from ticket closure. After the retention period, data is automatically deleted, except when the request is related to legal claims or investigations.

5. Right to Withdraw

The User may withdraw Consent and request deletion of request data by contacting privacy@gexcore.io. Withdrawal results in deletion of open tickets and correspondence history. Processed (closed) requests may be anonymized instead of deleted.
