Data Processing Consent — Account Registration

This document constitutes the text of consent for personal data processing that the user provides to the Controller when creating an account on the GEXCORE platform. Submitting the registration form with the consent checkbox checked constitutes written consent equivalent.

1. Data Subject and Controller

I, the data subject (hereinafter "User"), freely and of my own will and in my own interest, consent to the GEXCORE platform (hereinafter "Controller") processing my personal data in accordance with the terms of this Consent.

2. Personal Data Scope

This Consent covers the following personal data:

• Email address
• Username (display name)
• Password hash (password is never stored in plain text)
• IP address and device data at registration
• Account creation date and time
• Activity history (logins, settings changes)

3. Processing Purposes

• Creating and maintaining a user account
• Authentication during login
• Interface and settings personalization
• Account security
• Sending platform update notifications

4. Consent Duration

This Consent is valid from the moment it is provided indefinitely — until it is withdrawn by the User or the account is deleted. After account deletion, data is deleted or anonymized within 30 days, unless further storage is required by law.

5. Right to Withdraw Consent

The User may withdraw this Consent at any time by submitting a request to privacy@gexcore.io. Withdrawal of Consent entails cessation of data processing and account deletion, which means loss of access to the platform and all associated assets in the information system.
